i woke up at 9am today because my air-conditioner wasn’t working. yeah, my brother once said to my mom, “once the air-conditioner is not turned on, eldest sis will wake up immediately”. not only that, but i cannot sleep without the air-conditioner. yes, pampered….

i spent the whole morning watching the repairman fix the air-conditioner. but, i left when he was halfway through because i needed to go to cyberview lodge and meet up with rachael. Himself and i reached cyberview lodge at 3:30 pm. we had lunch there compliments of rachael. we waited and waited…. well, we weren’t angry with her because we already knew she had a group coming in and was kind enough to squeeze us into her schedule. so, we spent the time taking photos instead….

and we waited until 6 pm. but, rachael was still busy with the group that was checking in for an event tonight. so, we informed rachael that we will meet with her tomorrow instead.

on the way to Himself’s parent’s house, we went to pudu to pick up the invitation cards. and we showed his parents the cards and also, gave them the framed pre-wedding photo for them to hang in their living room.

now that i’m home, i’m trying to figure out whether red or cream colour is a nicer accessory for my invitation card. sigh….

we (actually me) plan to custom made our ang pow packets to give out on our wedding day and also… the chinese new year since they’re only about 28 days apart. so, i’m still thinking of some designs…. but i really don’t know yet. i would like something that i could use even after that in order not to waste the printed ang pow packets. our friend, sandy has given me the name of the printer, address and contact number. will probably drop by when we collect our invitation cards since it’s somewhere around there too.

i’ve no idea why…. but i truly love developing our website, our blog, our invitation cards and much more…. and knowing at the end of the day that the one whom i will be sharing the rest of my life with in 67 days’ time appreciates all that i’m doing. that really makes everything worthwhile.

even though today was a state holiday, i still woke up at 8am.

and at 10am, i was the tailor’s with my mom and sis. we wanted to get my sis’ bridesmaid dress made. after discussing with the tailor, we left for jalan tar at kuala lumpur to purchase the right material. however, as we approach downtown, it was very jam. we still pursued on…. but, when we reached near jalan tar, we realised that the road was blocked by police because of the traffic congestion there. we decided then to park the car at kl sentral and take the komuter down. by then, i’ve been driving for 2 hours!

my sis and mom took the komuter to jalan tar while i took the komuter to pwtc to meet Himself. after that, Himself and i went to the printer’s to confirm our invitation cards. and we also made a stamp of our monogram. but, the size might be too big though. may have to make another one. uh oh!

last night, before i went to sleep, i turned on my computer. i knew i shouldn’t do that because i was very tired and everytime i turn on the computer at night, i don’t get to bed until way later than the supposed time.

true enough, once i started surfing the net for song ideas for the garden wedding and reception, i went pass my bedtime.

at this point in time, i have half an hour worth of songs for the prelude to the garden wedding and still yet to work on the recessional music. as for the processional, my uncle and his wife was given the honor to sing then. but, i myself have no idea what song they’ve prepared for.

and then, i chose a song for the processional into the ballroom for the reception and also, working hard on finding 3 hours of songs for the entire dinner time. besides that, i still have to find dance songs for the post-wedding.
